This is actually simpler than it looks, it’s just a bit more time-consuming. First, you have to make the Tonkatsu, the fried pork cutlets. We’re talking breading, frying and everything. THEN you have to make the donburi, which is a mixture of onions, mirin, soy sauce, dashi and eggs. THEN you have to assemble it.
